Taymour Scarello, co-founded SCAS in 2016 and is a partner at IVY Developments. Further, he is a proud board member of ECOTEL, a telecommunication and engineering services company. Back in 2014 he co-founded Mediterranean Tours which focuses on revitalizing golf tournaments in Egypt. Prior to that he started his career as a trader in Credit Agricole Capital Markets. He graduated from the American University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

In 2016, Ahmed Shilbaya co-founded SCAS and is the current Chief Business Development Officer. He also co-founded IVY Developments where he is the current Chief Executive Officer. He previously held the position of Assistant Contracts Manager for Ocean Marine Egypt (OME petroleum services company). He earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business from North Hampton University in the United Kingdom.

George Mounir is the co-founder of SCAS and is the current Chief Projects Management Officer. He has a wealth of experience of more than 16 years in the construction and finishing field. He has managed various mega projects during his tenure with Modern Interiors/Ashraf Sadek Associates as well as Orascom Construction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a postgraduate diploma in Construction Management

In 2017, Akram Hany joined SCAS as the Chief Operating Officer. He previously held the positions of Regional Projects Manager for WD Africa, Quality Manager for Orascom Construction and managed diverse projects during his tenure with Modern Interiors/Ashraf Sadek Associates. He received his Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Eslsca Business School. In addition to being PMP certified from the Projects Management Institute (PMI), Akram Hany is ISO-9001-98 certified as lead auditor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture as well as a diploma in Construction Management from the American University in Cairo.
